Pour the water into a bowl, add the oil and optional yeast and loose mix.<br \/>\n3. mix<br \/>\n4. let the dough rest for about 10 minutes to set then add vinegar or lemon juice and knead until the dough comes together in a ball<br \/>\n5. transfer the dough to a greased 30cm diameter baking tray 6. spread or roll out the dough with your hands. Fold the edges over the sides of the tin.<br \/>\n7.
