A titan of work , a humble person with a head full of dreams .
Healthy eating and sport have always been close to her heart. She herself was a fitness competitor for many years winning many medals and cups.
She graduated with a degree in mathematics... and due to the lack of a 'healthy patisserie' in her hometown of Bialystok, she started to develop recipes for sugar- and gluten-free cakes, cakes, biscuits and bars herself. With simple and short ingredients, calculated calories and macronutrients.
From a small manufactory under the name FIT CAKE, she began to develop a chain that became a forerunner of such places in Poland. More desserts (including jarred desserts, ice creams and breakfasts) began to be added to the assortment, and the offer itself began to enrich with lactose-free, vegan, keto or low fodmap options).
Fit Cake is her lifestyle and above all - a dream come true.
Ewelina is the HEART of the organisation and a person full of empathy and patience for every franchisee.

Visionary, self-taught, creator , friend and good father .
He began to develop the FIT CAKE franchise network based on the knowledge he acquired over 20 years of running various businesses , managing hundreds of people .
He is also no stranger to a healthy lifestyle. He trains in the gym and in Karate, where he is already practically in possession of an I DANA i.e. a black master belt.
A man for whom nothing is impossible. Relationships with people is the competence through which he scales business .
