KETO PIZZA MIX
Keto: Flax flour, gluten-free oat fibre, bamboo fibre, oatmeal hull, raising agent (sodium carbonate), guar gum, Himalayan salt
1. prepare 210ml hot water, 8g olive oil, optional for flavour 2g instant or fresh yeast, 1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice. 2. Pour the water into a bowl, add the oil and optional yeast and loose mix.
3. mix
4. let the dough rest for about 10 minutes to set then add vinegar or lemon juice and knead until the dough comes together in a ball
5. transfer the dough to a greased 30cm diameter baking tray 6. spread or roll out the dough with your hands. Fold the edges over the sides of the tin.
7. Place in a preheated oven to 200*C and bake for 20 minutes using the thermo-circuit.
8. spoon the ingredients onto the baked pastry and bake for 10 minutes.

KETO BROWNIE
This is a mix for making your own homemade keto cake. It contains the highest quality coconut flour, almond flour, erythritol (erythrol) and cacao. In the package, we have included MCT-rich coconut oil and pulp (paste, coconut mousse) in a separate pouch. The mixture of pulp and oil is combined with boiling water and intensively stirred to form coconut cream (thick coconut milk). To the cream, simply add the loose contents of the packet and 3 eggs. Then mix thoroughly, you can also add your favourite nuts and nuts. After a few minutes, the mixture is ready for baking. Simply place in the preheated oven, bake for 25 minutes and the diet brownie is ready.

KETO WAFFLE MIX
Nutty waffles with a low GI, ideal for people who limit their carbohydrate intake. After baking, the waffles have only 5g of carbs per 100g of product. Mixed with peanut butter and naturally gluten-free flours. A quick and easy way to prepare an appetising breakfast or dessert.
Nut-based, grain-free, dairy-free and added sugar 220g low GI waffles from which you will make 6 servings. In the pack you will find a mix of flours and an extra bag filled with coconut oil.
Ingredients: peanut pulp, coconut oil, walnut flour, erythritol, lupine flour, raising agent (baking soda), natural vanilla flavouring, Himalayan pink salt.
In addition, you will need: 2 eggs, a tablespoon of vinegar or lemon/lime juice and 70 ml of water
